- The applicant is required to read the information related to the course, institution on the official brochure/website thoroughly before filling in the college application form or giving permission to “Global Campus/Kalehan” to submit the application on their behalf to the Institution.
- Minimum eligibility criteria vary as per the course, University & country.
- The right of selection for all courses/programs is reserved with the University abroad.
- The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university to pursue Post Graduate Course from abroad.
- The applicant shall submit Notary verified photocopy of his/her academic certificates and mark sheets along with the application form if required. Once the University accepts the application, it may be required to produce original documents for the apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs. The expense will be borne by the applicant for this task.
- The applicant should make arrangements to obtain a passport on their own, in case it is not available.
- If any information provided in the application form by the applicant is found to be false or incorrect, such an application shall be rejected and suitable action is liable to be taken by the University and the company against the applicant. In such a case, the University will withhold any amount paid by the applicant before or after the Visa arrival with no consequent responsibilities.
- Kalehan/Global Campus will not be responsible for any false information/fake documents provided by the applicant. Also, the company reserves the right to take legal action against the applicant and cancel the admission with no consequent responsibilities.
- The applicant has to follow the rules & regulations, refund policy of the University/College, non-compliance may have consequences.
- Overseas University will issue the admission letter only after thorough verification of the documents. Each University/College takes its own time to process the application for admission and students have to abide by these timelines.
- A University admission letter does not guarantee visa acceptance. It is the sole discretion of the Embassy/high commission to accept or reject the visa application without giving any cause or explanation.
- Kalehan/Global Campus advises the applicant to pay tuition fees to the University within the stated time period, University has full authority to decline the admission of the student if he/she fails to pay the fee as per stipulated time.
- Applicants must submit the passport as per the stipulated time frame, any delay may affect the application process or securing admission at the desired institution overseas.
- The submission of the application form does not guarantee admission to any University.
- The service fee depends upon the course and country independent of GST/other Tax and is paid in the beginning of the process by the applicants.
- Kalehan/GlobalCampus can provide 100% waiver on the service fee at their discretion.
- The refund of service fee (if any) will be processed as per the policy of Kalehan/Global Campus.
- In case Kalehan/Global Campus has successfully arranged the admission offer letter from the agreed University selected by the client; however, the client does not wish to go for the program, No Refund shall be given to the student. No refund to the client when the visa application is in process. If the client wants to withdraw from the process while the application is in process irrespective of any stage or reason, no amount shall be refunded that has been paid or due to Kalehan/Global Campus.
- Kalehan/Global Campus will not refund the service fee if the applicant decides to file the respective Visa on their own without assistance from the company.
- The University will withhold any fee paid before or after the Visa arrival if the applicant’s/client’s documents are found fraudulent, fake or made up
- In the case of Visa rejection, the Refund of Tuition fee will be done as per the policy of the University. Kalehan/Global Campus has no influence on the tuition fee refund process. The entire responsibility to refund the initial deposit or any other amount lies with the international institution & not with the Kalehan/Global Campus.
- All disputes are subject to Faridabad, Haryana jurisdiction only.
